Classes

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive their class credits back in their account.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

Events

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or deposit return.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.

Private Sessions

• • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.

Important Notes:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation.
• For rescheduling requests, please contact us directly via email info@le-blu.com.
• Exceptions to this policy may be considered in cases of emergencies, subject to management’s discretion.
