After drastically changing  my life around, I travelled a number of months around South East Asia in search of creating a better me. During this time, I qualified to Reiki Master, have qualification in pranayama and meditation from the Yoga Institute, and also qualified as a sound therapist. I resonate most with sound and use my other qualifications purely to integrate into sound therapy. In sound baths, I play gong, tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, drums, chimes, and other instruments. One on One sound therapy is usually done with tuning forks and bowls. I consider sound to be the most primal form of self connection and healing.
