Using deep relaxation, hypnotherapy allows a resting of the nervous system and entrance into the subconscious. This beautiful gentle process allows an exploration of root causes and functions of presenting problems and supports an upgrade to promote freedom and empowerment.

Psycho-Somatic Therapy

Psycho-somatic therapy is a mind body approach which gently explores the sensations of the body and the subconscious meaning they hold. Natalie will guide you in this session of 60 minutes or 90 minutes with an approach which invites the inner child to become present and empowered. The process integrates parts which have been  pushed down yet appear in dis-ease in the body.

All Le Blu team members are unique individuals with their own healing energy. So we offer you a free 10 minute introduction to feel (as much as this is possible within 10 min) if you connect with one of our therapists/healers and find out if they can guide you in your process.

Note: This is an introduction call where you choose to talk to Gabriela or Natalie. They will introduce themselves and their work and together with you decide if they can help you. Both Natalie and Gabriela are offering different services so we recommend to tune in and see to what service you feel guided to.
